This hotel was perfectly placed in the shopping district of Escazu. The food court nearby was fantastic and walking distance to nearby malls. The staff were excellent. I left my phone in a shop just before closing and they went over and beyond to help me get it back to me after I had had to leave on the early morning flight. Gebim being the exceptional staff here but all the team involved and I am very grateful for their caring and professional service.

I have never been greeted by any hotel staff the way ac treated me Free beverage for my birthday. Free fruit with a personalized birthday card from the staff. And an additional free drink at dinner along with blankets because I was cold. Could not recommend this hotel anymore

This hotel is in a perfect location!! Beautiful area with lots of shopping and dining! Would highly recommend ! We had an early flight the next morning and they arranged a taxi to pick us up at 3am. Staff very helpful!

The breakfast options were extensive. The process of ordering and getting breakfast seemed more complicated than it needed to be though. Other than that the stay was great, the gym and lobby area were nice.

We only had one night at AC hotel Marriott but extremely pleased with our room , check in and the big gym. We found a choice of good restaurants and cafes near by.
